Public Teaching Schedule

Mixx Yoga Studio

Every other Monday - 11:45am - 12:30pm - Gentle Yoga
I make sure to give you a good stretch, especially in the shoulders and legs for all my students coming in on their lunch from their desk jobs. No standing poses, this is all floor work.

Wednesdays - 11:45am - 12:30pm - Mixx Teaser
This class is level 1 of Mixx Yoga’s signature style: Vinyasa Flow mixed with HIIT cardio. Great for a lunchtime workout and stretch. No impact cardio is involved in Teaser (beginner) level.

Wednesdays - 6:45pm - 7:45pm - Hatha Yoga
Hatha is either on the gentle side or the harder side. The way I teach Hatha is more challenging, with strength-based and balance-based poses being held for a while and a focus on counting full breaths. Level 1/2.

Every other Friday - 11:45am - 12:30pm - Mixx Resistance
This class is a Mixx signature class that blends Vinyasa Flow yoga with HIIT cardio, and the addition of 3lb. ball weights for a focus on arm strength. Impact cardio is involved. Level 1/2.

Courtyard Yoga with Jasmine - 10am - 11am - Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow matches movement through poses with breathing in a sequence that flows seamlessly from one pose to another. You’ll practice your strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as get your heart rate up. Beginners welcome.
